Cancellation policy

Last updated 18 October 2026

This policy explains how subscriptions work at Elevate Golden Ratio Sounds, and how to change or cancel one.

What a subscription is

Coffee, tea and supplements can be bought either as a one-time purchase or on a repeating subscription. Choosing a subscription saves you 10% on every order, including the first.

Billing and frequency

Most subscriptions renew every month. Two renew less often, because one container lasts longer than a month: Omega-3 EPA + DHA renews every 2 months, and Vitamin D3 2,000 IU every 3 months.

Your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each period, on the same day of the month as your first order. There is no minimum number of orders and no commitment. You may cancel at any time, including before the second charge.

How to pause, restart or cancel

Sign in to your account and open Subscriptions from your profile. From there you can pause a subscription, restart it, update the delivery address or payment method, or cancel it. Cancelling stops all future charges. No reason is needed and there is no cancellation fee.

If you would rather we did it for you, email hello@elevategoldenratiosounds.com from the address on the order and we will action it and confirm by email.

Making changes before your next order

Please make any change at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. A change made after an order has already been charged and sent to our producers will apply from the following order instead.

Price changes

If the price of a subscription changes, we will email you before it takes effect so you can cancel first if you prefer.

Failed payments

If a payment cannot be collected we will email you so you can update your details. Repeated failed payments may result in the subscription being cancelled.
